Coastin’ Around: Motorbiking Around The European Coast

They’re setting off on Monday 2nd February astride a Yamaha Fazer 600 and a BMW 1150 GS. James has three months until he has to be back at work and Ed has managed to get a further three months off to recover.  The journey is planned to take just over a month.

Starting from Brighton they plan to head down the West coast of France and then continue around the coast until they have to cut up through Eastern Europe to the Baltic coast, then around Scandinavia and back to Britain.  Accommodation will be in the form of hostels, people they know and couchsurfing.com.   The trip will be also raising money for Cancer Research.  Keep up with their journey at their blog Coastin’ Around.
